Reading someone’s blog in general is very important. This is so because they put so much effort in making a post every day, or in this case completing an assignment. Now adding to that fact an incoming freshmen is just doing what they are being told and if they see that people are acknowledging their work and actually using it as a social network they will begin viewing things differently. A freshman in high school is like a sponge and soaks in what they learn and if we teach them how to communicate and help them, those are the traits they will learn.

This poem should be read because the literary devices that are being used are great for practicing the terms and learning them yourself. The poem is about a man giving this poem to somebody. This poem symbolizes love, and he states that love is the only thing a person really needs. The only reason why someone might not read this poem is because of how sentimental and "corny" it is, but the point that it is being made with it is almost completely different. The best part of the poem is its analogies and comparisons. Or another words its metaphors and similes.
